Work Details
The materials for the work are acrylic gouache and canvas. It's not framed, but the sides are painted with acrylic gouache. The signature is written on the back.
When I was walking around the pond in a nearby park, I noticed that there was a surface of water reflecting light and a surface of water with shadows. I feel my memories on the shaking surface of the water. I wanted to express how my heart flutters, so I drew a work called Water Surface of Light.
As for my obsession, I decide on colors in search of essential expression by nurturing the object to be drawn, actually going to see it, and making sketches over and over. I want the world I see to be expressed on the screen through observation.
