Work Details
The materials for the work are acrylic gouache and canvas. It's not framed, but the sides are painted with acrylic gouache. The signature is written on the back.
It's a work that challenges me while being excited about new things. I don't usually draw works in close view, so drawing tree bark was a new experiment. Also, it is a work inspired by the desire to depict the beauty of everyday life.
As for my obsession, I select colors in search of essential expression by nurturing the object to be drawn, actually going to see it, and making sketches over and over. I want the world I see to be expressed on the screen through observation.
