A complex facility in Oya-machi, Utsunomiya, Tochigi, renovated from the former “Yamamotoen Oya Grand Center” (Grand Opening: January 5, 2026). In addition to the first permanent installation by up-and-coming artist YOSHIROTTEN, the facility features restaurants where a local chef from Tochigi and a pastry chef have teamed up to showcase Oya's history and charm through art and food.
