Overview
81CONNECT is an art project that introduces artists in Japan pursuing experimental forms of expression to audiences across borders and languages. Since its launch in 2023, it has created new encounters between artworks and audiences through artist interviews, bilingual communication in Japanese and English, video production, and art sales.
In 2026, 81CONNECT presents its first physical exhibition, I / SEE / YOU — PORTRAITS OF NOW, featuring 20 artists and co-organized with HOTEL ANTEROOM KYOTO.
