✴ ︎ STATEMENT ✴ ︎
Me and my work are part of something bigger that will last forever.
There are many experiences with square paintings that can be obtained while keeping your eyes closed. You may be able to make up for the invisible part by trying to see, imagine, think, love, and make an effort to look through. Draw the landscape next to it, look at the particles when you drew it, and stretch it out. They are made up of everything: light, people, and places.
“Your Location, My Place,” which is the completed work, is the name of the room.
The work, which uses an entire wall, visualizes the existence of paintings in my mind, and I can imagine everything inside the square screen, and in order to maintain imagination when it comes out in three dimensions, I chose the method called semi-three-dimensional things that come out of the frame. The inspiration for the painting was based on scenes covered in Finland and scenes that might appear in the future. I spent a long time in my room, and the window I could see from there made me look forward to the future, and it became a place to protect myself. In a circle in my head, I change my point of view and “see” things from various positions.
How far will it go by involving something close to me? What is going on where I can't see it? It is a cosmic perspective that is far farther away from reality, and the range of time cannot be predicted. Frame = frame is meant to make you imagine where you are, and it also temporarily fixes my location.
The town of ceramic works is a random work born from a life's work. Making things means moving something and being present at the moment when something unexpected is born. These are also moments when the work itself stands on its own feet without even knowing the author himself. The buildings and playground equipment that had been built until now gradually became a city, and the way the space was used also changed. Then, the ceramic works that were created unwittingly contrasted with paintings.
Trying to see. Leave a mark. Accept the moment you become independent. That's something I can imagine forever.
This is the way I want to create my work.

I make it important to preserve the signs, memories, and signs of the things that existed in the place in the work.
I draw pictures, make ceramics, and carve stones.
My work is made from natural objects, and I draw while accepting the intentional and unintentional changes that appear within them.
“Something can be done” by containing traces and signs while choosing and thinking from multiple correct answers
I capture the work with the perception that it is “made.”
In my life, I create things I can't see with my eyes but think are important, trivial things, things I want to cherish, and unforgettable landscapes.
