Work Details
Leaves fall from branches, pile up on the ground, and people walk on leaves.
As fall approaches winter, the leaves dry, and every time I walk, I hear the sound of dead leaves cracking.
I feel the boundary between the seasons where the change in sound and the feel of the soles of the feet change from fall to winter.
The motif is drawn by coloring cotton cloth with acrylic paint and partially stitched with thread. The physically raised thread has a strong presence, and depending on changes in light, it can be displayed in various ways.

過去の記憶の断片や、その断片から想像するまだ見ぬ未来の景色を描く。時間の経過や積み重ねられる経験によって徐々に変化し曖昧になる記憶の輪郭を見つめ新しい色や形を与え直し、その像を定着させるように刺繍を施している。
