Work Details
雨が降る。
風景が徐々に変わっていくように私の気持ちも変わっていく。
雨がやむと風景もあの気持ちも消えていった。
あの雨は何かを変えたのだろうか。
「通り雨」は、鏡面加工したステンレス角パイプを雨に見立てた作品です。
大阪・万博記念公園で行われたイベント「EXPO PARK ART＆MUSIC WEEKEND」で展示しました。
ステンレス角パイプは52本。
これは、1970年の日本万国博覧会から52年経っていることに由来しています。
この場所の時間や記憶を思い起こさせるきっかけをつくりたいと思い制作しました。
