「WP」は、絵画のキャンバスを自作の織物で置き換え、木枠に張るシリーズ。
染織特有の色や素材による表現で絵画的なアプローチを試みている。

織物の制作を中心に、染織独自の質感や色彩と、素材が持つ背景やストーリーを重要な要素とし、制作を続けている。
作品は裂き織りと呼ばれる技術で作られ、古布や古着などの既製品を織って新たな布へ再構築する。
工業製品や工芸的手仕事、日用品としての用途を超えて、表現方法として広がる織物の魅力に可能性を見出している
