An area of “infinity (infinity)” at the end of the boundary. I captured the moment when the different dimensions merged like a dream and the door to a new world opened. The clear layers of color take the audience on a journey to unknown dimensions.

韓国・弘益大学校美術大学および同大学院で絵画を学び、ニューヨーク工科大学大学院を修了。韓国やニューヨークでの活動を経て、現在日本を拠点に制作活動を行っている。記憶、時間、場所の境界をテーマに、青や紫を基調とした色彩、幾重にも重なる層、光の痕跡を通して、かつて確かに存在しながらも、今はもう戻ることのできない場所や時間を表現している。近年は、絵具の筆致から偶然生まれる人や生命の気配を取り入れ、抽象と具象の境界を探求している。
