Work Details
'Sky Lights' are a homage to the sky: to misty amber rain, to clear skies in June, to dawn, to midnight. The lights celebrate the ethereal simplicity of silk and its luminous, soft quality when draped over lighting. Each piece of silk is hand dyed in our Hong Kong studio using pigments made of plants and insects and the process is slow and methodical, meaning each 'Sky Light' is different from the last.
