Work Details
■作品コンセプト
100年後、もしくはそれより先の未来に技術を伝えるための立体作品を制作する。
それは単なるオブジェではなく「多彩な技術のカタログ」として、さまざまな工法・技術を用いてつくられる。職人的な技術は、その技術が高度であるほど手垢が残っていないように見え、偏りのない精度でものを作り上げていく。それにつれて、どのくらい難しいものであるか、素人目にはわからないものになっていく点が興味深い。
一方で、技術者同士にしかわからなかったりするそれは、深度のあるコミュニケーションだと言えると思う。
作品は五感を通して鑑賞されるが、誰もが共通で理解できない技術がそこに存在している一方で、それが遠い時間を経たコミュニケーションとして用いられること、その複雑な視点の可視化が本プランの試みです。

Graduated from Kyoto City University of Art Graduate School of Fine Arts, M.A Sculpture in 2010
2023 Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School of Fine Arts GAP Research Student
Based on sculpture, she creates works on the subject of relationships with things that cannot be controlled, such as social systems, the environment, and accidental events.
Major solo exhibitions include “HUB IBARAKI ART PROJECT 2018-2019” (Ibaraki City, 2019), “It's Beautiful” (Higashiosaka Civic Art Center, 2019), “Tag” (Punt Wg/ Amsterdam, 2023), and “No Itching” (Vargas Museum/Manila, 2024).
Major grants and training include Yoshino Gypsum Art Foundation Overseas Training Program (New York, 2017), Agency for Cultural Affairs Emerging Artist Overseas Training Program (Manila, 2023), Pola Art Foundation International Exchange Grant (2024), International Exchange Fund Manila Branch Grant (2024), and Agency for Cultural Affairs Creation Support Program (2025).
