Work Details
Like folklore handed down in Tohoku, there is an invisible power in the world.
Furthermore, we humans are able to share these fantasies, and they exist in various forms even today.
This is a kind of special ability possessed by humans, and it is a skill not found in other living things.
I'm sure art is like that too.
I feel that if we develop a fantasy world created by each viewer through a single picture, a new universe will be born.
I would be very happy if this work became the trigger (type) for that, and it would be a new beginning.
The snake in this work is one of the divine beasts I think of.

Artist
Kemono Painter (kemono graphy)
There are mysterious powers in nature. They seem to be visible and invisible, and their existence is unstable, and I feel them and visualize them through my work I'm trying it out. The theme of my work is the world of nature, mythology, and the invisible senses. Patterns and colors that emerge when looking at living things from a unique viewpoint — these are named “kemonography (chemography)” and recorded. Produced at the atelier and gallery “Kemono” in Senmaya, Iwate Prefecture. Through exhibitions and exhibiting at events, I depict the harmony between fantasy and reality. In 2004, he had a strange experience (surrounded by pale light), and then began production activities after being unable to help drawing pictures. solo exhibition 2016 Kemono (Kemono) Gallery Chloe Kemono Shiroi Human Exhibition (SEA CANDEL COFFEE) Miyagi 2017 Kemono (Kemono) Gallery Noten Shizuku Exhibition (SEA CANDEL COFFEE) Miyagi 2018 KEMONO GALLERY in TAIPEI “Dumb Beast” Taipei 2019 Kemono Gallery: The Flesh of the Fierce Angel Iwate 2021 Kemono no Daichi Exhibition Iwate Group Exhibitions 2014 JADIF Selected Exhibition, Setagaya Art Museum, Tokyo 2015 JADIF SELECTION EXHIBITION SETAGAYA MUSEUM OF ART TOKYO 2016 JADIF Selected Exhibition, Setagaya Art Museum, Tokyo 2017 ~ Senmaya Honcho Art Festival Senmaya Honcho Shopping Street Iwate 2022 Cross Over Japanese Art Collective Bangkok 2023 INTERVENTIVE INTERNATIONAL ART EXHIBITION M.A.D.S ART GALLERY MILAN Collaboration (design, live painting, etc.) 2004 ~ Vol 11 Chalumnae 3D Fes Live Paint Miyagi Shana Rishana Rhythm CD Jacket Design Tokyo 2014-2015 painting exhibition.
