Still life no.1

There was a time when I was
drawing pictures and making picture frames.

“Small Room of Memories” was born from where those two experiences quietly overlapped with current three-dimensional modeling.

While being aware of the boundary between flat and three-dimensional, painting and form, I compose scenes within a small frame.

Picture frames are also part of the work made by hand from wood.

The materials are wood, watercolor paper, and brass.
The three-dimensional scene, which looks like a still life, is finished as a one-of-a-kind framed work by hand.

I gave shape to the serenity and appearance of objects that exist in reality.

Memories and signs that gradually accumulate over time are confined as a small landscape.

I hope it will be a quiet space for you to suddenly stop in your daily life.

Everything from the wooden frame to the interior design is finished by hand.
