五宝恵理は、自己を見つめ内面の地層を重ねる視点を起点に、近年は人新世における人工地層と人間の内的地層の重なりに関心を寄せている。
土、蝋、プラスチック、音、身体といった素材や行為を通して、祈りや感情が物質としてどのように痕跡化され得るのかを探求している。
