Work Details
Concept and production intention of the work
We constantly receive information in fragments.
Depending on how it is extracted, the same subject can appear as completely different images.
In this series, the landscape functions as the source of information, while the completed main series acts as the primary layer of information.
From there, further extracted fragments are treated as the information as it is received.
People unconsciously select only the parts that are meaningful to them.
Differences in this selection create shifts and transformations in perception.
Each work is created by clipping a portion of the main series. By sharing the same title, the works show how a single subject can be conveyed in different forms.
