TANAKA“
これまでの100年とこれからの100年を紡ぐ衣服 。時代、性別を超えて永く愛される衣服。”をコンセプトにBROOKLYN NYを拠点に活動をしているユニセックスアパレルブランド。
今回の展示は、数ある素材の中でも、デニムという世界中の人々から永く愛されてきた素材にフォーカスしました。洋服（デニム）が生まれ（作られ）、死に（廃棄され）、そして転生してゆく一連を表現。
消費され破棄されてゆく物質にも、アート、デザインの力で新たな価値に与える事が出来ることを知り、アップサイクル、サステイナブルの本質とは何かを、考える機会になれば幸いです。
