Printed paper showing coincidence and intention is drawn on canvas with brush strokes. Although this act is an act of reproduction, it is a one-off creative act, and it creates the paradox of “duplicating but not duplicating.”
Walter Benjamin said that “Aura” disappeared due to “Oneness that only exists here and now: Aura” as a work of art using reproduction techniques, but I think my creative act created an “aura” through reproduction. I am temporarily entrusting “the ambiguity between the value of copy and original” to my work and visualizing it by reproducing what I have digitally reproduced in analog.
