作品説明
現代における生存戦略のためのカムフラージュ柄に着彩されたマッスの効いたフォルムの人体表現を「弱い彫刻」とし、主に石膏(ギプス)でモデリングした彫刻作品や、東日本大地震後に建設された防潮堤を支持体に表面にペインティングを施した壁画作品を制作している。
また2020年より宮城県石巻市雄勝町にて「海岸線の美術館プロジェクト」の立ち上げ、運営、壁画制作を行っている。

I have been creating sculptures modeled mainly in plaster (gips) and mural paintings on the surface of seawalls constructed after the Great East Japan Earthquake.Since 2020, I have also launched, managed, and produced murals for the “Seawall Museum Project” in Ogatsu-cho, Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture.
