手紙 “Letter”

赤い蝋で空気穴を封印した透明樹脂のトランクに、様々な場所の鍵が眠りにつき、目覚めを待っている。日々の景色を映しこんだ、幾層もの樹脂と気泡。歴史を重ね変化を続ける街並み、風や波とともに世界中をめぐる物や人。変わり続けるこの世界とそれぞれの想いを乗せて、私達の手紙は、どこまでも運ばれていく。

The keys to countless places slumber, awaiting awakening, in clear resin suitcases with airholes sealed in red wax. Layer upon layer of resin and air bubbles reflecting everyday scenes: the ever-changing cityscape with it layers of history, the continuous shift of people and things that ride the winds and waves. This world in flux and each thought and feeling in our letters are transported ‒ on and on and on.
