渋谷の路上や駅などで出くわした出来事とその時に入手したモノを素材に制作した作品シリーズ。

This is a series created with occurrences and items collected from the streets and the train station of Shibuya.

渋谷に滞在した最終日、遠方に住む友人と会った。喫茶店に入り、滞在中に渋谷で拾い集めたモノを友人に見せた。友人はジッパーの取っ手が落ちている事に驚き、テーブルの上にきれいに並べた。ジッパーを1つ1つ並べながら、友人は、「ジッパーの取っ手のような作品がつくれるといいね」と言った。私はほとんど何も考えずに「そうだね」と言ったが、その意味がよく分からなかった。ジッパーの取っ手のような作品。

On the last day of my stay in Shibuya, I met up with a friend who lived far away.We entered a coffee shop, and I showed my friend the items that I had collected during my time in Shibuya.My friend was surprised that zipper pulls were found fallen on the streets, and she arranged them neatly on the table.As she laid out the zipper pulls one by one, she said, “It’d be great if you can make an artwork that is like zipper pulls.”Without much thought, I said, “Yeah,” but I didn’t quite understand her.Artwork that is like zipper pulls.
