1982年東京都⽣まれ平澤賢治は東京とロンドンを拠点に活動する写真家・現代アーティスト。慶應義塾大学環境情報学部卒業、ロイヤル・カレッジ・オブ・アート美術科写真専攻修士課程修了。人工衛星を用いたリモートセンシングを習得し、その装置のひとつであるサーモグラフィカメラを駆使して「人間」と「生命」をテーマに制作を開始。インスタレーション、映像、新しいメディウムやテクノロジーを積極的に摂取しながら創作活動の幅を広げている。国内外での個展、グループ展やプロジェクトに多数参加。
