Work Details
As explained in the Buddhist Unhua Kasei, lotus has been likened to a human being after death. The sight of them growing out of the water and blooming is both creepy and frightening. The appearance of flowers blooming is a symbol of condensed life and death, and it is a dynamism of life that has continued since time immemorial. I expressed what is born when flowers bloom.
