Work Details
paper bag, glue,
A tree is born from a disposable paper bag. Thinking of how to transform one sheet of paper into another the artist cut out one side of the bag into the shape of a tree branch or leaf and assembled it. Paper bags are made from trees. Delicately sculpted from a model of a real tree, the paper bag bears within its interior the form of its essence (the tree), filled with life force.
