Work Details
"Peeling apples, Doubting the Globe"
I peel apples and scan its surface. As I run a knife over the apple's surface, the flesh revealed beneath the skin becomes a new surface.
/
If a globe is a reproduction of the Earth's surface, then it remains open to revision. The act of surveying further revises each newly revealed surface.
The map goes into pockets.
