【新解釈的受胎告知】
Annunciation
15世紀頃からテーマにされ続ける「受胎告知」。用いられるモチーフ要素は守りつつ、そのスタイルは画家に委ねられ、変化し続けてきた。まさに「守・破・離」の精神がみられるこのテーマは現代アートにも落とし込めるだろうと、大学で受胎告知を習った時に感じた。
ルーブルの地下に何を飾るか、悩んだ末に、私はコラージュという技法を用いた受胎告知を置きたいと思い、この作品を作った。
作品は光沢紙とスチレンボードが層になっており、半立体構造となっている。
