Work Details
Series: Marks
“Marks” is a series born from the marks of handwriting and paint left on canvas. The overlapping colors, texture, and rhythm of production remain on the screen. Instead of giving it a specific meaning, I created it as an abstract work that creates a casual accent in the space.
Marks #005: A piece that pursues a balance between “white space” and “movement” of color. Intuitively drawn lines overlap to create a comfortable rhythm within the canvas.
[About specifications]
One of a kind: All of these works are one-of-a-kind original works (Unique Pieces) drawn by hand.
Sense of size: F8 (455 x 380 mm) is an exquisite size that does not give a sense of pressure while giving off a strong enough presence with just one sheet when hung on the wall of a Japanese house.
Framing: In order to enhance the material feel of the work, a simple wooden temporary frame is surrounded by a simple wooden frame. It is designed so that you can display it as soon as it arrives.
