Work Details

With this work, I created it with the theme of “accumulating things that are not vessels to form unknown vessels.”

Based on the idea that “ultimately what is not a vessel is a tube, and if the two openings of a tube are aggregated into one, that thing itself becomes a vessel,” they have created many “less than a vessel” tubes without a bottom, and they are trying to make one vessel by connecting them with woven cloth.

Also, “white bone” and “red meat” were used as image sources, and colors were selected using white and red as key colors based on the idea that they together become a “body” (in other words, it becomes a new vessel).

The body is a container for the soul. I created an artificial body as an empty vessel without a soul, but I wonder if the soul will later dwell in this body that was completed earlier.
