《hiwadrome》なるコンセプトのもとに、自身も使用する車椅子や身体性をテーマとしたインスタレーション作品を手掛ける。また「play」をモチーフにパブリックへの介入を行い、様々な境界や関係性を問い直すムーブメント、映像作品なども制作している。
Under the concept of “hiwadrome”, he creates installations themed on wheelchairs, which the artist also uses, and physicality. He also uses “play” as a motif to intervene with the public sphere, creating video works that question various boundaries and relationships.

Based on the concept of "hiwadrome," he has created installations based on the theme of the wheelchair he uses and physicality. 大阪生まれ。《hiwadrome》なるコアコンセプトのもとに、自身も使用する車椅子や身体性をテーマとしたインスタレーション作品を手掛ける。また、パブリックへの介入「play」を行い、様々な境界や関係性を問い直すムーブメント、映像作品などの制作も行う。COVID-19パンデミックを経て、未来に託すべき人類の記憶を「love」であると仮定し、その形態は変異を始めている。近年の展覧会に「第22回岡本太郎現代芸術賞展 (川崎市岡本太郎美術館 / 2019)」「TOKYO2021 un/real engine ―― 慰霊のエンジニアリング (TODA BUILDING / 2019)」「Kanon：檜皮 一彦 + 檜皮 しよ子 (岡本太郎記念館 / 2020)」などがある。 Born in Osaka, Japan. After the COVID-19 pandemic, he assumes that "love" is the memory of humanity that should be entrusted to the future, and this form is beginning to mutate. Recent exhibitions include "The 22nd Taro Okamoto Contemporary Art Award Exhibition" ( Taro Okamoto Museum of Art / 2019), "TOKYO2021 un/real engine -- engineering for consolation" (TODA BUILDING / 2019), "Kanon : Kazuhiko Hiwa + Shiyoko Hiwa (Taro Okamoto Memorial Museum / 2020)" and others.
