道路の脇にある排水溝の隙間から小さな雑草じみたものが顔をのぞかせる、いわばどこでも見られる光景の写真です。
最近の気候の激しい変化に鑑み、今この地球上のあちらこちらで覆っている
コンクリート＝人間社会
に対し反抗の狼煙をあげている、または付け入る隙をまるで独房の檻から狙っている様子をパッケージ化しました。
額も「道路の脇にある排水溝」に近いデザインのを採用しています。

This is a photo of an ordinary scene where weeds are peeking out between the cracks of concrete in a roadside ditch.
This work captures the weeds’ attempt to rebel against the human society
(represented by concrete covering the earth) despite the hardship caused by changing climate, as though to be watching for a chance in a prison cell.
