インドを旅する中で、自分と同じように旅する人々に数多く出会ってきた。

彼らも彼ら自身の旅があり、その途上で見えてくる世界はそれぞれ異なるだろう。ひとつとして同じ旅というものはない。それは移動としての旅だけでなく、精神的な心の旅、人生の旅も含まれているからだろう。

すれ違う個々人の境遇、常に移り変わる風景と光、その土地の空気や匂い、そして文化の多様性やその中にもある同一性や普遍性、そういったものを風のように感じながら、彼らの旅上の瞬間を記録した。

While traveling in India, I have met a number of travelers like myself.

Upon embarking on a journey, they have their own reasons to do so, thus the world they encounter differ from one another.There is no single journey that resembles and I guess that is because journey implies not only physical movement to travel one location to another but also mental movement to clarify what’s on their mind.

The circumstance each passing traveler has, ever-changing scenery and light, the air and smell of the land and the diversity of cultures and the sameness and universality within.Feeling them like blowing wind, I photographed the moment of the travelers while on the road.
