Anyway This “The World Fastest” issue had had a fatal fault unsolved for a long time. Nagi declared “Artist Declaration” in 2007, and started thinking “Imagination Tagging” from 2016 to speak “Small Histories”, someone has to talk & no one steals from the towns. However how could he prove all were from only his imagination? And he invented “The World's Fastest” Art with answering the question for everyone; “How to prove if it’s the imagination?”
