The protective color of the blue fish is a visual mimicry, visible at the interface between the waves, an optical imitation of the sea and the sun by the natural world. I depicts this desolate process of nature with high resolution input and output. The silver leaf canvas stretched over sumi-ink washi paper is one of the artificial attainments of Japanese nature, rendered by wabi and sabi. Here, I depict the optical mimicry of a mackerel. This sense of resolution advocates a beauty that has never before been attained by mankind, and depicts nature super-resolved by a computer in two natural processes: artificiality and aquatic life. The sky and the sea reflecting the shape of waves.
