作品のコンセプト・制作意図
古典絵画でよく描かれる桃を持った西王母と仏像が座ったポーズ(半跏像)を描きました。山水表現で描いた自然と人々の幸せを願う日常を2人が祈ります。
半跏像ポーズの子が持っている実はカナンの実です。不老長寿の実として想像した植物です。

I created works on the theme of the fictional world of Horai using landscape paintings with new expressions. In our everyday lives, we seek beautiful places without longing for utopia or suffering. By depicting the world of “Horai,” “Togenkyo,” and “Utopia” in our imagination, I want you to enter a world where there is no suffering even just for your mind, and spend a healthy time. Please enjoy Horai as a utopia where beautiful scenery, gods, and hermits live.
