Work Details
That was over 10 years ago.
At that time, on my way home by train full of work, an orange light shone through a gap between the crowds while passing through the bridge over the Arakawa River.
At the same time, a boy in a school uniform who was sitting twisted his body and began taking pictures of the sunset with his smartphone.
The sunset that day was so beautiful that I still can't forget it.
The sunset will make even boys around the age want to take pictures. It made me feel so happy that there are still children like that.
I wanted to take a picture too, but I was stuck in a leather strap and couldn't move, and the sunset went by miserably.
The sunset taken by that child that day
Even now, every time I see a sunset, I remember
I want to draw a sunset that touches someone's heartstrings
Production method
Three-dimensional oil and felt flowers are sewn onto canvas.

I memorize the moment of sparkle that moves my heart in two-dimensional works with oil paintings and beads, etc., and I create and display a single space using all kinds of materials, such as cloth, wood, and beads, which I have been used to since I was a child. I try to create works that are sparkling and exciting, from everyday to extraordinary, without being bound by fixed concepts. Tokyo Dome City AsoBono in 2011!
