“POP & TART”
H14 x W8 x D7 cm
ceramic, brass, wood
2024
It is an image of picking up a sharp stone at the riverside, taking a mold, and bringing back the shape of the stone. Then it was glazed and made into pottery. I think the contrast between the natural shape of the stone and the glaze flowing due to heat is attractive. Bringing back the stone feels kind of scary, so I returned the actual stone to its original riverside.
