Work Details
The composition is decided by quoting from the drawing and reconstructing it.
After randomly constructing a background with silkscreen, I wrote it in hand color, and created the screen by fusing serendipitous expression and direct drawing.
A plane is flying over a kiwi.
I have the impression that it is a word often used by children as the sound of vehicles because of its buzzing sound. Bowls like kiwis and teacups, and cats represent miscellaneous goods and playhouse toys.
I made a collage of things I was excited about when I was a kid, and I quoted an image of a tobacco brand in the upper left corner.
It's a pop depiction of how the balance between a child's heart and an adult heart is the most humane thing.
