In this work, friendly impressions such as cuteness and beauty coexist, and at the same time, elements that make you feel somewhat fearful and creepy. This way of being where opposing senses overlap within a single existence appears as a different impression depending on the viewer and the timing when they face the work.

In a more tranquil appearance, slate works contain gaze looking at others and oneself, and harbor a slight sense of unease and tension.
