1984年群馬県生まれ。
2007年東京造形大学造形学部美術学科絵画専攻領域卒業。
伝統的な日本画にみられる花、蛾、文様などをモチーフに現代の日本文化を象徴するマンガを描く道具（丸ペン）によって紙に黒インク一色で緻密な絵画を描く。その作品はマンガと日本画の親縁性を感じさせる。 日本文化の古典と現代を自由に往還しながら現代的な感性を絵画に吹き込む。

What is Sticker?
つけペンの中でも最も細い線の引ける“丸ペン”という道具を用い、アルシュ紙に製図用のインクで黒一色の絵画を描いています。
丸ペンは製図や漫画の道具として使用されるのが一般的で、つまり卓上で描く制作に適しています。
私の描く絵画は小品～大作まで様々ですがサイズが大きくなっても使用する道具はこの“丸ペン”一種のみです。
それは“丸ペン”から描き出される繊細かつ鋭利で確実な“線”に魅せられ続けているからです。
何が言いたいかといいますと一点を描ききるまでに少々長めの時を有するということです。
作品販売のチャンスである個展を多く開催することは不可能なので作家活動を継続する糧としてご支援賜りたく存じます。
