ウェブ上あるいは東京のような過密都市にいる住民たちは監視される匿名の対象である。公的／私的、見える／見えないといったこれまでのとらえ方が機能しなくなった現況への反応または反映として、LYが画中に描くキャラクター「Luv」はある。それは常に全身を隠され、物理的・身体的な特徴は抽象的な代替物あるいは都市の亡霊に置き換えられている。路上の「Luv」の群衆は保護あるい危機の象徴なのか？束縛なのか自由なのか？
