Artist information
Raymond Aika
Born in Osaka Prefecture in 2002. Currently enrolled in the Glass Program, Department of Crafts, Graduate School of Tama Art University. She has long been deeply fascinated by the “flow of nature,” such as the sea, rivers, waves, and wind.
At present, driven by a strong desire to work through direct contact with glass, she arranges canes (glass rods approximately 2–5 cm in diameter) and heats them. At the moment when the temperature exceeds 770 degrees Celsius, she wears fire-resistant clothing and gloves to work with the material. Within the brief production window of approximately two minutes during which the glass can be manipulated, she gives form to the “flow of nature” as she perceives it.

The gallery will host annual exhibitions based on unique curatorial concepts. The inaugural exhibition, titled “Haute Moments Gallery vol. 1,” is set to launch on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
This exhibition features a group presentation by 12 artists whose works resonate with the gallery’s concept.
The show includes both new and past works, all of which will be available for purchase exclusively through the art communication platform “ArtSticker.”
