トウモロコシおろし
女性はトウモロコシを目の粗いふるいでおろし、トウモロコシがゆ「ミンガウ」を料理している。ミンガウはミナスジェライス州の伝統料理で、ブラジル各地で食される。
Corn grating
The female figure is under the process of cooking, grating the corn in a coarse sieve, in order to make corn porridge, or paste, a delicacy of Minas Gerais traditional cooking, present in a great part of Brazil.
Ralando milho
A figura feminina está no processo de cozinhar, ralando o milho numa peneira grossa, tendo em vista fazer mingau, ou papa de milho, iguaria da culinária tradicional mineira, presente em grande parte do Brasil.
