This work was born from a collaboration with the shoe brand Allbirds.
Samples that were to be discarded were provided and used as materials.
“Strata” is a series with strata as a motif, and we repeatedly look at the accumulation of time involved by weaving old cloth and the accumulation of time seen in strata.
