春画の題材である48手の作品を扱ったもの。
作品発表した際、春画を所有されている方にお会いし、蔵の中にある春画をこっそり見に行った、という話を伺った。春画は本来裕福な家出身の娘が輿入れの際に渡され、生活を学ぶものでもあったが、時代は進み、価値観が変化し隠れて鑑賞するものに変化していった。
全48枚、プリント作品としても制作。
