作品のコンセプト・制作意図
この平面は赤と青の2色のマーカーを日ごとに交互に用いて、日々淡々と線を引き続けることで私が生きている時間そのものを記録したものです。その日の作業時間によって各々の色の線の長さ決まるという平面ですので、最終的にどのような図像になるかは私の各日の作業時間よって決定されます。線に濃淡があるのはマーカーのインクの出具合によるものです。使用する色と線の引き方のパターンは予め決めますが、最終的にどのような図像になるかは完成するまで分かりません。想像的に作品制作をすることを殆ど放棄することで、美術作品を作ることそのものに対する問いを投げかけています。
