作品のコンセプト・制作意図
様々なメディウムがある現代において、恣意性を最小限に抑え日々線を引き続けることで、絵画を描くことそのものに対する批評性のある絵画を目指して制作しています。「絵画を描く」とはどういうことなのかを問うために、予め決めたルールに基づいて機械的に線を引いていくという、主知主義的な操作と恣意的な造形性を最小限に抑えた絵画を制作しています。この作品はインクのムラなどの偶然性を取り込んだ、時間・存在・身体性が織り込まれた作品となっています。
