作品のコンセプト・制作意図
千葉は、自身が独自に研究した技法「クロログラフ」を用いて、植物の葉などに写真を焼き付ける。感光剤やインクを使用せず、葉緑体の色素を脱色することで記憶を自然そのものに埋め込む技法は、記憶の標本とも呼ぶべきものだろう。葉脈が作り出す不規則な皺と重なり合ったイメージは、「現在」を切り取ったはずの写真に「過去」を内包させる。

美術作家
千葉は独自に研究した、葉に図像を焼き付ける技法、クロログラフを軸に、感情、記憶や死生観を、植物の形式を通して作品に落とし込む。修士課程を修了後、政府機関での海外ボランティア活動に2年間従事、2017年より作家活動を開始する。2022年技法に関する特許取得（特許第7010568号）。
Art Brutの作家に似たアウトサイドの制作観と、彼らを作家に仕立てるインサイドの視点が千葉の内側では明確に分かれている。自らの無意識から生じたものを可能な限り客体として鑑賞し、言語化を試みる。
近年は美術番組、ブレイク前夜への出演や、東京藝術大学での技法に関する講演、九州での滞在制作など、活動の場を広げている。
