Roots of Truth

This work is inspired by the form of roots. The primary material is kimono donated by various people.

Throughout life, we search for places where we feel at ease and where we can be ourselves. I believe that this sense of belonging does not always exist somewhere outside of us, but can also quietly grow within.

In this work, I express this invisible sense of belonging within us through the metaphor of tree roots.
