ビットシリーズは空間や次元といった要素をテーマに、平面的に見ても立体としてみても美しいラインとフォルムを追求している作品シリーズです。

このシリーズでは角度や全体または個体と視点を変えることで印象や捉え方が変わるという点に注目しています。

この作品はオレチョシリーズ作品で生まれた「ココロドライブ」という要素をビットシリーズへと反映させたものです。

曲線の中の三角形が一つづつ増えていくという流れをビットの集合体に描きました。

今作では作業の工程や細かな部分の設えもアップデート出来、耐久性も増し、安定した作品となりました。

これまでの制作の中でいくつかのシリーズが生まれましたが、時間が空いて、また別のシリーズを作る事があります。

その際に別のシリーズで生まれた新しい要素が他のシリーズに上手くマッチすると、作品が合流し生まれ変わる感じがして、とてもワクワクした気持ちで制作出来ます。

The Bit series is a series of works that pursue beautiful lines and forms when viewed 2D or 3D, with the theme of elements such as space and dimension.

In this series, I am focusing on the fact that changing of view point from "angle" and "aggregation or individual", they changes the impression and perception.

This piece was completed by incorporating the element "Hearts drive" that was born in the Orecho series.

I drew a flow of increasing triangles in the curve one by one to a collection of bits.

This piece was durable and better because the work process and details were updated.

Several series have been created in the course of my artwork so far, and sometimes I leave some time to create another series.

In tnat case, a new element from other series can be a good match for another series. Then I feel like my artwork is merging and being reborn, and I can create with very excited.

Orecho=オレチョとは？

本多 孝男による複数の作品シリーズをシンボル化、融合することで誕生したキャラクター。

「オレチョ」は作家の自己を投影した表現者として作品に登場している。名前の由来は"己"を"超"えるより。

What is Orecho?

The character was born by symbolizing and fusing multiple series of artworks by Takao Honda.

"Orecho" is appeared in artworks as an expresser who projects himself.

The origin of the name comes from "I want always overcome myself". In Japanese mean Ore=myself, cho=overcome.
