After graduating from school, I entered the workforce for the first time as an ordinary office worker. The sense of loss, frustration, and disappointment I experienced was on an entirely different level from anything I had felt in the previous twenty years. It made me feel as if I were floating in the air, with no ground beneath my feet. Through this painting, I hope that viewers who share similar feelings may find greater motivation to face these emotions, and ultimately absorb them as a source of growth.

OIL PAINT | DIGITAL ILLUSTRATION | GRAPHIC DESIGN I have loved painting since I was very small. During secondary school, I was fascinated by manga and spent countless hours drawing characters and stories. Although my university major was not art-related, my passion continued to grow. I began exploring graphic design and digital illustration using Adobe Illustrator and Procreate, and in 2019, I started freelance work in product packaging and social media design. During the pandemic, I also ran a small portrait-drawing business, which allowed me to connect with people through my art. After graduating in 2024, I met an inspiring oil painting teacher who introduced me to a new world of texture, color, and emotion.
