東京―７―ウエルカム・Tokyo-7-Welcome

私たちは皆あらゆる人を「東京７」で歓迎します。

それは平和のために日本で開催される、

２０２０年の私たちのオリンピックに関しての、

私の想像上の会議の名前です。

We all welcome everyone to "Tokyo 7"

which is my imagination conference.

About our Olympic 2020 in Japan for peace.

７は私たちの幸運を象徴する数字だけの意味で、

実際の数を表している訳ではありません。

全ての国は大歓迎されます。

7 is just the symbol number of our fortune,

not an actual number.

Every country is the most welcome.

私たちの愛する民主主義である事を前提とし、

帝国主義でない限りにおいて、

全ての政治的見解を現今は受け入れています。

We also accept all political view for now

as long as it's not an imperialism

but must be our beloved democracy.

いかなる困難な状況下においても、

私たちが必要十分な平和を生み出せるが故に、

私の絵には全く皮肉は存在しません。

There is no irony in my picture at all

because we can make our enough peace

in spite of under any difficult situations.

確かに私も幾つかの事例において、

失望を感じる場合があり得ます。

しかしながら大抵そのような難局は、

政治的な課題のみから発生しています。

そして私たちの個人的な友情というものは、

政治的な何かを基盤としている訳ではありません。

そういったものを基盤としたい欲求がどれほど強くとも、

いかなる時でも個人的には私たちは友人でいられるのですから、

そのような失望を超えて対話を続けなければなりません。

Surely there are some cases

that I also feel disappointments from some problems.

However such difficulty is usually come from only political issues.

And our personal friendship does not base on that political one.

We should communicate beyond such disappointments

because we can be friends personally anytime,

even if such temptation is so strong.

その手の強い存在に係うかわりに、

弱い存在にも関心を払う必要があるのを、

どうか心に留めておいてください。

And please remember,

we also should pay attention

to the weak in stead of such strong one.

それは例えば、

その種の諍いに大きな影響を受ける子供や、

覇権政治に吹き飛ばされかねない、

５０％を占める貧困にある人々や

どんな極端な観点も重荷に感じる老人にも、

という事です。

その人たちはある意味では私たちの、

子供であり、友人であり、親であり、

自分自身でもあるのです。

For example,

the children who are influenced heavily by such conflicts,

the people in poverty who are 50% and almost blown away

by the power politics,

and the olds who feel any extreme view as the burden,

they are our children, friends, parents and ourselves in some way.

「弱い者が安全で強い者も公正である。」

と記されているようにです。

It said that

"the weak are safe and the strong are just."

これら全ての事を踏まえた上で、

私たちが誇りを持ち重ねてお伝えしたい事が・・・、

「私たちは皆あらゆる人を東京７で歓迎します。」

・・・です。

After considering all this,

we proudly say again,

"We all welcome everyone to Tokyo 7".
